When we moved to Ireland, I missed the food of my motherland Trinidad as well as the rest of the Caribbean. During the Lockdown my cravings peaked and I missed seeing people. We started a popup from our apartment window in The Liberties and soon we need to expand. I quit my job, found some friends to invest, we bought a truck and started trading from it in April 2022. Some articles, a couple pop-ups, a festival or two and a few thousand followers later we are still growing
